Welfare Rights(Benefits)

If you have a particularly complicated benefits claim involving overlapping benefits or if you wish to have an existing unsuccessful claim reviewed or appealed, then you will be referred to the Welfare Rights specialist after seeing a generalist adviser. The specialist will help gather further evidence of your situation and if necessary represent at relevant tribunals. If you need help completing a Disability Living Allowance or Attendance Allowance claim form, an appointment can be made. For those clients who are unable to come to the bureau, a Home Visit service is available.
