Employment

If you are faced with an employment problem such as possible unfair dismissal, illegal deduction of wages or discrimination and there is a need to negotiate with your employer or take Employment Tribunal action, you will be referred to an Employment specialist after seeing a generalist adviser.

The CAB Service

The Citizens Advice service helps people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing information and advice, and by influencing policymakers.

to provide the advice people need for the problems they face

to improve the policies and practices that affect people's lives.

The Citizens Advice service provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyoneon their rights and responsibilities. It values diversity, promotes equality and challenges discrimination.
